Emergency Services Outreach, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit organization based in New Mexico dedicated to emergency preparedness, first responder/ healthcare workers mental health, and long-term community resilience.

Addressing the Growing Mental Health Crisis in Emergency Services & Healthcare

First responders and other public servants face repeated exposure to trauma, long hours, and increasing operational demands. Rural communities often lack accessible recovery and preparedness resources.

ESO integrates emergency training with long-term resilience programming — recognizing that preparedness is not only technical skill but sustainable human capacity.
